- Replace any damaged sheathing.
- Remove old roof and haul away.
- Clean up and hall away all scrap material.
Surface area: 2223.75 ft2.
Total price*: $8000.00
Down payment: $4000.00
Balance due: $4000.00
* Total price includes the materials and equipment needed. Delivery of materials and trash/excess
removal are also included.

 50% deposit of the total price is required upon signing contract.

 The remaining balance will be due once the aforementioned job has been completed.
 By making a 50% deposit you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the terms
