4. Reminders

● Starting Monday, March 15th, please email Paula Hoover the virtual students who do not log in
on the days that they are supposed to -
○ Mondays - Math
○ Tuesdays - English
○ Wednesdays - Science
○ Thursdays - Social Studies
● Please reach out to the virtual students on your caseload inviting them to come to the tutoring
session in the cafeteria on Tuesdays from 3- 4:30. We really need to encourage these students
to attend.
● The GACTC is back full face to face (except this Friday because there is a full day in-service
for the GACTC instructors) Due to the number of GACTC students who are failing GACTC,
we are going to send the GACTC students on all Fridays. If you have a class that has mainly
GACTC students, the weeks we have a periods 5-8 on Friday, you may want to use Thursday
as your makeup/review day with those students. Please remember not to push out any
assignments on these Fridays.
