    SPRING 2021

    PRACTICUM AND INTERNSHIP INFORMATION


    For those of you planning to complete your SRM 282 practicum or SRM 482 internship in the
    Spring, please make sure you read the Work Hard, Stay Safe Guidelines. The deadline for
    completing and having your agency sign the 282/482 Agency Agreement forms and returning to
    Dr. Shonk (shonkdj@jmu.edu) is December 18, 2020.

    Upon receipt of your signed Agency Agreement form you will receive an email indicating you
    have permission to enroll. Once you receive this email you can go to MyMadison to enroll in the
    course. If you have already sent Dr. Shonk your form, please note that we have not yet started
    overrides for Spring 2021 practicums and internships.
