Academic Scores - SSC/HSC/Diploma

Please note that providing SSC details (with document upload) and either HSC or Diploma details (with
corresponding upload) is mandatory to move forward.

Use this to record new information pertaining to the section.

Board Name - If your board name is not listed in the drop down list, select 'Others' for the board name and
fill in the ‘Board Name(Others)’ field. This is not applicable if you are entering ‘Diploma’ instead of ‘HSC’.

Final Marks(%) - Consider all the marks obtained in all the subjects to calculate the final percentage of marks,
even if some of the subjects are not counted by your board. If you have a grade/CGPA, enter equivalent
percentage of marks using the procedure/scheme certified by your board. Final marks will be rounded to
two decimal places.

University Name/Discipline : If you are entering SSC details, this is not applicable. Required for ‘Diploma’

Document(s) - Upload your SSC marksheet and HSC/Diploma Score Sheet in this section along with the
conversion formula certified by the concerned board. If there are multiple sheets for any document type (SSC
or HSC/Diploma), please consolidate them into a single PDF (Max. File Size: 1 MB Gray scale).

Academic Scores – University Level

Please note that providing details of one Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

If you have completed 'Integrated Master’s degree' enter the first 3 years details under 'Bachelor’s Degree
level' and next 2 years details under 'Master’s Degree level'.

If your Discipline/University type does not feature in the list, select 'Others' and mention it in the 'Others'
Box.

Specialization - Specialization is your area of study in the degree mentioned. Examples of Specialization are:
Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Economics etc. Please do not enter every subject you
studied in all the years of your degree course.

Final Marks (%) - Enter the percentage of marks obtained. If you have a grade/CGPA, Conversion of
grades/CGPA to percentage of marks should be based on the procedure/scheme certified by your
university/institution. In case there is no conversion formula prescribed by the university then calculate the
percentage by dividing your grade/CGPA by the maximum grade/CGPA and multiplying the result by 100. Final
marks will be rounded to two decimal places.

Documents - Please upload one consolidated documentation proof for each degree level. For instance, if you
have two Bachelor’s degrees, consolidate all the semesters’/terms’/years’ marksheets and the degree certificate
for both the degrees in a single PDF document and upload under Documents - ‘Bachelor’s degree’ in this
section (Max. file size – 5 MB gray scale).
