Rosie Sushi Cake

Ingredients (Makes one 9 ½" sushi cake)


★ Sushi rice using 5 rice cooker cups of short grain rice and

★ 3 small avocados
★ 5 eggs
★ Salt and sugar to taste (for scrambled eggs)
★ 4 oz of smoked salmon
★ 2 inches of English cucumber
★ 3 tablespoons of salmon roe
★ 3 sheets of nori seaweed
★ 8 oz of crab * You need plastic wrap
