Sales Engineer
Nutanix Certified System Engineer – Core (NCSE-Core)
This technical pre-sales certification validates that you have demonstrated the knowledge and ability
to evangelize, size, propose and handle competitive objections for core solutions on the Nutanix
Enterprise Cloud Platform.
The NCSE-Core certification replaces the previous partner technical certifications: NCSE Level 1 and
NCSE Level 2.

Technical
Nutanix Certified Professional – Multi Cloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI)
NCP-MCI 5.x certification holders have demonstrated the skills and knowledge to manage Nutanix
AOS nodes, blocks, and clusters in the datacenter. Earning it validates your ability to deploy,
administer, and troubleshoot Nutanix AOS, proving your mastery of keys concepts from VM
management to lifecycle operations.
Please note, this is the same certification formerly called NCP 5 – just with a new name to better
reflect the technology and skills of its holders.

Nutanix Certified Master – Multi Cloud Infrastructure (NCM-MCI)

This certification measures your ability to perform complex administrative tasks on a Nutanix
Cluster, as well as optimize both virtualized workloads and infrastructure components in an AOS
deployment.
Successful NCMs typically have 1-1 years of experience working with AOS with at least 6 months of
experience with AHV, as well as additional systems administration experience.

Nutanix Certified Expert – Multi Cloud Infrastructure (NCX-MCI)

This certification tests a candidate’s ability to design enterprise-scale solutions that support
business-critical applications with service level agreements specified by business stakeholders.
Candidates must demonstrate mastery of the Nutanix Design Method (derived from the Nutanix
Platform Expert – NPX – Program) and present a solution that meets or exceeds customer
requirements for: Scalability, Resiliency, Performance, Manageability, Data Protection,
Recoverability, Regulatory Compliance, Security and TCO/ROI.

Services
Nutanix Certified Services Professional – Core Infrastructure (NCS-Core)
This certification tests your skills and abilities deliver cluster deployment services. Successful
NCS-Core Professional candidates manage the deployment process at the customer site from the
equipment receiving phase to the final knowledge transfer. The exam is delivered in a remotely
proctored environment to add security and help ensure the seriousness, authenticity, and credibility
of the certification.
Please note, this is the same certification formerly called Nutanix Certified Services Consultant (NCS
or NCS-C).

Nutanix Certified Services Master – Core Infrastructure (NCS-CoreM)

This certification tests your skills and abilities to successfully deliver Nutanix Data Protection,
Migration, and Fit check Services in accordance with Nutanix Service Delivery Standards. Successful
NCS-CoreM candidates are also able to deploy and configure advanced features and determine and
apply appropriate data protection strategies for a given project.
Please note, this is the same certification formerly called Nutanix Certified Services Architect (NCS-A).

Sales Engineer
Nutanix Certified System Engineer – Data Services (NCSE-DS)
Recipients of the NCSE - Data Services badge have demonstrated their skills and abilities in speaking to, evangelizing and differentiating Nutanix
data storage technologies. Recipients are able to effectively size and present on solutions that include Nutanix Files, Nutanix Objects, and Nutanix
Volumes.
NCSE-Core is a prerequisite of this NCSE-DS certification.

Technical
Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA)
The Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA) 5.15 exam tests candidates on their skills and abilities navigating a Nutanix AOS 5.15 cluster as well as
managing and operating Nutanix core offerings.
Successful candidates demonstrate mastery of these skills and abilities. They ideally have 6 months of hands-on experience to 12 months of holistic
IT infrastructure experience as well as some hands-on experience working with an AOS implementation.
