VICENTE SOTTO HOSPITAL SCANDAL

1) Who are the stakeholders? (Who are the people involved?)

 The stakeholders of the said scandal are those involved in performing
the surgery to the patient which includes the doctor/s and the nurses
who partook in the said operation.
2) What are the three options that you have?
a) The scandal should not be recorded in the first place as per the doctor-
patient confidentiality is in effect, knowingly that there was a doctor
present in the said scandal.
b) The health personnel should not even laugh during the said operation.
The patient is in a bad circumstance. As seen in the video, the
stakeholders made fun of the patient because of the patient’s situation.
c) The recorded scandal should not be posted.
3) From the three options you have, select the best option and justify.
 From the options mentioned above, the best option is the first option
that I provided. The surgery should not be recorded in the first place. It
is not a reason to record and make fun of something just because it is
something to made fun of. Yes, they did not name the patient nor the
face of the patient was seen in the video but they [stakeholders] did not
respect the patients situation which, should be confidential.
