√ Charismatic. A charismatic person is edited, animated, entertaining, inspiring.

Sense-making. Sense-making is making sense of your environment.

1. Did you find it easy/difficult to do the personal assessment?


 Yes because I myself is not a leader but I always see myself more
comfortable to being just a follower. I’d like voicing out my opinions but
only as a member.
2. How did you feel while doing this activity?
 Confused, because I do self-sabotage and doubt my skills. I’ve never
been a leader in my life for so long just a few times only.
3. What did you discover about yourself?
 I discovered that I do possess leadership qualities but lacks confidence
and trust for myself.
4. How do you feel about your discovery?
 I am happy because maybe in the future I would be able to use it in a
greater purpose.
5. How can you use this/these quality/ies to create an impact on your community?
 As a teenager and as a student, by possessing and actually doing and
showing these qualities would inspire people around me especially people
around my age and try to be a leader themselves too which is great for the
community. It might lead to domino effect where one shows a great quality
then the others may follow.
