Winter holiday is over and it’s back to school in China.  51Talk is pleased to announce the March 2021 Back to School Incentive!

Here’s the complete incentive program details for March 2021 Back to School Incentive!
 
1. Reliability Incentive
Tier 1: Teachers who have 65 or more OPENED peak slots and have no attendance issues e.g. absences, late or leave early,
complaint/s during the cutoff will earn 300php per cutoff;
Tier 2: Teachers who have 65 or more successfully ENDED peak slots and have no attendance issues e.g. absences, late or leave
early, complaint/s during the cutoff will earn 600php per cutoff;
Q1 Reliability incentive teachers who can get tier 1 or tier 2 reliability incentive for each cutoff in Q1 (total of 6 out of 6) will get
an additional 3,000 pesos by the end of March 2021
 
2. JK-12, SK-12 and Level K Training Incentive
Teachers can get 100php by attending the JK-12, SK-12 and Level K Training and getting the tag. Incentive will be given after the
teacher gets the tag. Incentive will only be awarded first time you get tagged.
Please take note of the order of the K-12 Training. You must have the BK-12 in order to get the JK-12 and have the JK-12 in
order to be eligible for the SK-12. 
 
3. Weekend POP Incentive for K-12 tagged teachers
Teachers with JK and SK tag can get +8php and +10php respectively for finishing weekend lessons from 1900, 1930, 2000 and
2030 slots without incurring late or/and leave early offense. Please take note that the highest incentive that you will get is based on
the highest tag that you have. (Eg: for SK12 you get +10php and not +8php+10php).
 
4. Teaching Improvement High Rating Incentive - Teachers with rating of ≥90 will earn 400php per cut-off and teachers with
rating 85.01 to 89.99 will earn 200php per cut-off. Effective February 16, 2021 until March 2021.

5. Good Evaluation Incentive & Mission Incentive – Ace that lesson and earn +3Php -.  Teachers can get +3php for
successfully conducted lessons with good evaluation; and +2php more if it’s a "Mission" lesson.

6. First Favorite Incentive - Earn an additional 3Php when a student favorited you for the first time after a successfully ended
lesson.
*Please note that the student should mark you as a favorite within 1 month from the lesson date.
* You may view the students who favorited you via the 51Talk teacher app. You can check this by going to Favorite information
under “Message”! Haven’t downloaded the APP? Go to Apple App store for the IOS version and download the Android version
from Google play.
 
7. New Student Repeat Lesson Incentive - Earn an additional +3php if a newly enrolled student had lessons with you repeatedly.
This is applicable until the 8th successfully ended lesson of the new student with you. You can see the mission in AC room if this
is a new student.

8. LvK special promo.
Earn +3php for each Level K ended lesson conducted by teachers with LvK tag that has NO late/leave early incident in March
2021.
 
9. Elite Teacher Ranking Incentive
Full Attendance Rank – Teachers with the most numbers of full attendance lessons in a cutoff will be ranked based on
successfully conducted lessons.
