Moshell basic checks

6. OSS -NCS Neighbour relations

• Schedule NCS-W Measurements


• CITRIX → Performance → Radio NW Optimisation (RNO)
• File → New Recording → NCS
• Tick Measure WCDMA (only), un-tick Measure GSM if it is ticked
• Insert hours – start time and finish time
• Select cells, choose RNC, find site, copy cells
• Save and schedule.

• Retrieve NCS-W Measurements when recording is finished


• File → Export → Custom Post Processing
(2 files are produced a *.conf and *.msmt)
• Write down the directory in which the two files are located
• Go to this directory on the OSS and take a copy of the *.msmt file and
save it onto your hard drive
• Open this file with MS Excel (this file contains information on missing
and defined neighbours)
