enlosed punchlist refer to IR number MTS0-00046-IR05

Jo Eng confirm will disucussed internally related justification action for

deviation of dimension tank D-065-05 and requested Kokoh to provide all summarize
dimensional report include drawing markup

Kokoh shall submit drawing modification to JO for deviation of slope/internal

piping N-3

Water certificate for hydrotest in process review by JO

Hydrotest Tank D-337 can be conducted if all requirement/Oou standing document are
finished, (ex : NDE clearence, Dimensional report etc)
