Subject: Requesting to accept for late submission of the first mid- term examination answer
paper and accept my answer paper.

Dear Mam,

I beg most respectfully to state that, I am a student of MBA 12 th batch. I write this latter with
great regret that I have failed to submit my answer paper within the time limit in your 1 st mid-
term exam. Due to technical issue as well as my weak experience, I could not submit it within
the time limit. Personally I have no laptop, for this reason I wrote the answer in paper. I could
finish exam at 5:05 pm then took photo via phone. But the picture size was so big for this
reason it took long time to upload in google drive. Then google drive to your email, it also took
long time to be uploaded. Around at 6:15 pm it has been submitted. I regret that I have not
planned my activities properly and could not foresee that I would be late in submitting the
answer paper. I assure you that this kind of fault will not happen again.

Therefore, I request you to accept my sincere apology and accept my answer paper.
