Transition Words or connectors

These are words used to connect one idea with another.

They help us link ideas in paragraphs writing in order to be
able to continue adding ideas to our paragraphs when we
are writing an essay on any kind or topic. Without these
connectors writing would be very boring and dull. Let us put
all these words into practice by first of all, writing some
sentences; and then, going deeper into the writing of an
essay: descriptive, narrative, persuasive, argumentative,
cause and effect essay, expository, etc.
