The benefits of the procurement management system

Abstract:

From a long period there have been a problem for the traders who need to get a bunch of the material
for their companies that was not easy at that time and by concerning their problem regarding the need
of the goods , it has been decided that there should be the one procurement management system, That
would might enhance the company and make it very much effective and increase the efficiency of the
business , So in this paper we have discussed the similar related problem for the procurement
management system .

Introduction:

The procurement management system provides very much efficiency for the suppliers as well as for the
receivers to automate most of the process or that process can be the internal or the external which
includes a list of the processes such as Catalogue search, item requisition request, approval, purchase order,
delivery, receiving, payment, identification of sourcing opportunities, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract
Examples of the business software solutions include procurement software, business-to-business (B2B) auctions,
B2B market exchanges, This System would be utilized in a number of manner such as the through the use of the
internet, mobile network, emails, software and hardware, But on the other hand it would eventually exclude of the
use of the communication such as telephone, fax , and so forth. The benefits of the procurement management system
also includes that there would be the interaction between the local supplier as well as the overseas suppliers so there
would be the maximum exposure
One of the fact is that this system would get interact with business to business platform which would enhance the
business opportunities as well, It is the type of the system that would evolve the adaptability, scalability, flexibility
and complexity solving strategies

Literature Review

There has been a number of steps taken to solve this issue regarding the Procurement management
system such as on the 1st Jan 2007, there was a report conducted regarding the problem that was “A
Newsvendor’s Procurement Problem when Suppliers Are Unreliable” and the link to that Is

Methodology
The system that would be designed would be consist of (Service Oriented Design), (Service Oriented
Architecture) as well as (Architecture of Mobile Agent) with M client and p2p server. This system would
be the online system that would Web services the use of Web architecture web development, Xml etc.
And it would work on the mobile devices as well as the desktop application, this system would include
the following steps:
1. Buyer would post the request to buy something
2. Bidders would come across and rate differently
3. Upon the factors that the good material as well as the good rates a buyer would buy that item
4. Than the buyer would rate that item
5. There would be a list created for the successful buyer and bidders
Results

This system would be obviously have a positive result and the successful result. This would increase the
market the value of the buyers as well as the bidder’s .So the trading would be easy and flexible locally
as well as across the globe. Moreover this system would be the time efficient one side you post your
request the other side you get the results for that within seconds and once you approve you get the
material, this system would also result in the productivity

Discussions

This section needs not that much highlight but if we consider the use of the system than we get to know
that the increase in the success for this system would be result in its impact on the other fields which
also be quite positive and good, such as in the online marketing, computing etc.
Most of the organizations will be willing to adapt this kind of the system on the success rate which
would increase the flexibility, adaptability as well as the complexity.
