Budget Report

A meeting of directors of the company SD MERCADEO with the

Manager Marcela Ríos,
Marketing Director Leonardo Quevedo and CFO Sarah Quevedo
in the meeting room on the day of in order to work on the
creation of the SD MERCADEO 2021 sales budget.

Marcela:
Good morning, Mr. Leonardo and Dr. Sarah we have to start
with the preparation of the sales budget because I need to do
the strategic planning
based on said budget for the year 2021 of our company SD
MERCADEO.

leonardo:
We have actually met with Sarah to help us in the preparation
of said budget and to be able to improve our sales in terms of
the services we provide at the marketing level for our clients
with, those that we currently have and those that will arrive
this year .
sarah:
Dra. Marcela, what budget do we have for this planning?

leonardo:
The estimated budget for this year is three hundred and fifty
million pesos that they were established in previous
committees and confirmed by them for this year.

Marcela:
What analysis do we have for our budget? Because we must
take into account the price of our service just like the
competitors and with that we can improve our prices and have
new promotions to improve our prices for our clients.

sarah
we have historical data, market trends, industry sales,
competitors' sales. We need to carry out the surveys to obtain
the information with the purchase intention, purchase
frequency and average expenses of the clients and also have
surveys also at the level of the chains and the services that we
can include to improve our catalog of services for our clients
end.
Marcela
I am in charge of the survey design and the tabulation with the
respective analyzes.

very well, we have a very valuable work team, we will meet in
two days to allow time in the application of the surveys and the
analyzes to begin to design our sales budget and thus be able to
establish the prices with which we will enter the market.
