possession of the subject land through land grabbing, correct?

2. If so, why do you recognize that there is a Conditional Contract of Sale between you
and Top Worth?

3. You said that you have prepared demand letters for Top Worth? Where are they?

4. If you say the demand letters were disregarded? Why didn’t you institute any
collection suit against Top Worth considering they owe you P2,150,000.00.?

5. When the transaction was negotiated, did Ms. Angelina Siccion appear before you?

6. Are you aware that she is the General Manager of Topworth?

7. Did she communicate to you that she is the General Manager of Topworth?

8. If so, why are you now telling us that she has no authority to file the instant case?
9. Are you aware that crimes are against the state?

10. Are you aware that estafa under Article 315 2(a) of the Revised Penal Code is not a
personal crime?

11. If so, are you aware that you may be prosecuted of the said crime even if there is no
private complainant?
