Who is a Manager?
Manager is someone whose primary responsibilities is to carry out the
management process within an organization to achieve the organizational goals.

Top Managers
Middle managers
Lower Managers(First line managers)
Classifying managers
Lower managers: Individuals who manage the work of none managerial
employees.
Middle Managers: Individual who manage the work of the first line
managers.
Top managers: Individuals who are responsible for making
organization wide decisions and establishing plans and goals that affect
the entire organization.

they are inside or outside the enterprise. The objective of management
development is to strengthen existing managers. The most effective means
of developing managers is to have the task performed primarily by a
manager's superior.
