Masks at MUHC
• New directive for wearing N95 at MUHC
o All employees in contact with covid +ve patients to put on N95
mask before entering room and remove when leaving
o For hot zones / units with COVID+ patients / ER patients confirmed

o Wear “Champak” mask if not fit tested
o Please continue to disinfect N-95
o Call 514-744-4738 and press 2 if have questions
• Multiple emails that all HCW’s must wear procedure masks at MUHC sites
indoors, not face covering. This includes indoor parking areas.
o Change masks every 4 hours, or when soiled, wet, or damaged.
• Procedural masks are also mandatory on McGill campus in shared as
Tier-2 activities are beginning
o Masks will be distributed to any faculty, staff, or student on campus
o Available at teaching hub, study hub, residence, and higher traffic
buildings

Meeting Etiquette
• All in person clinico-administrative, education, sim activities
are suspended and must be held remotely
• If meeting must be in person, to have minimal people present,
2m distancing and PPE must be worn
• Hand hygiene before + after
• Masks at all times
• Eye protection
• No food or beverage during activity

• Your One45 should be updated re: achievement reports
• Senior residents cannot evaluate other residents’ EPAs in
FOD unless they have first completed themselves
• Make sure you complete all Core of Discipline EPA’s as
they are longest and are requirement for graduation.
Ensure they are completed by April 2022
• Please contact Dr How if ITERs are not being filled within
2-3 weeks after the rotation ends
