Write a report on the following Coal Conversion Technologies,

1. Conversion of solid coal to Synthetic natural gas (SNG) by coal gasification

2. Conversion of solid coal to Methanol or synthetic gasoline by coal liquefaction

The report should be limited to 3500 words. Discuss the fundamentals of each conversion
technology (with relevant sketches/ drawings) clearly stating the advantages and disadvantages.
