0 Abstract

This academic report informs about the way how comparisons between two groups,
experts and novices in teaching, would help humans on improving more novices so
that they would become experts themselves. The points include by comparing them
helps in noticing the things that experts do, helps in understanding them better and
finally being able to choose the right role model for the novices.

2.0 Introduction

Humans tries to achieve improvements each day, which is good as it helps with the
growing of civilisations. Those who trained or studied hard in their field of choice
would reach the level of ‘experts’. Based on [ CITATION Cam \l 17417 ] experts are a
person with a high level of knowledge or skill relating to a subject or activity. It is the
experience that really turns them to experts. But it can only be done when the
teacher has become a thinking teacher. In this case, thinking teacher can already be
considered as expert since they are constantly improving themselves just like the
experienced experts.
