Projects:

B.E. Project:
Self-Recharging Bicycle.

Project is done in benefit of “Aged People”. In this project I have developed a concept of Self-
recharging by Dynamo, which is powered by the rotation of the free wheel that energy is stored in the
Battery and again it is distributed to the Motor, by which the free will rotate. Due to this the net
charging rate can be extended.

B.E. Mini Project:

Design and Fabrication of Mini-Crane using Pneumatic System.
In this Project I have designed and developed a Mini-Crane. Later it is absorbed that it could
lift upto 40kg. It is one type of Floor Crane where the load can be lifted and carried upto certain
distance and unloaded in a flat and inclined angle.

DIPLOMA Project:
Fabrication of Three Axis Pneumatic Modern Trailer.
In this Project I have done a basic model of a trailer where the unloading could be in Three
directional, which is activated be the Directional Control valve which can be widely used in the narrow
space area.
Technical Skills:
Mechanical Software’s: AutoCAD, Ansys work bench V14.0, Solid Works.
Typing Skills: Passed Typewriting English in Second class.

Industrial Exposure:

Company Name : - KWANG SUNG BRAKE INDIA PVT LTD.

Duration : - 5 days (17th – 21st November 2014 ).
In this Internship, I learned complete information about the entire Braking procedure.
Got a practical experience and learnt how an employee should be work in a company.
