The First 10 pages of the Report have to be revisited (rewriten).

I suggest that you follow the format of our last Interim Report to revise.
Especially, it must be clearly stated that

(i) the existing as-built condition (large pile eccentricity)

(ii) their on-site proposed modified construction of beams and pile caps
(iii) final computer analysis by using the above (i) and (ii)
(iv) Final conclusion (HOPE all are OK !)
