Step 1 Select your lifestyle options.

Select your home. Lifestyle options are little extras that you can add and include such items as
full height tiling to bathrooms and ensuite or increased ceiling heights. Visit our
website for a full list under "Price your home" tool.

So you have a block of land or you have decided that you love the suburb you live in but want a new home.

Below are the steps that you will need to go through to ensure that you get the best outcome and exactly
what you want.
Finalise your site costs.

ensure that the depth of the land is also taken into account. Pay your deposit to begin your journey.

House & Land Packages
6 Steps to purchasing your house & land package.

On the following pages is our simple six steps guide, explaining everything that is required to reach
the site start of your new home as quickly and smoothly as possible. From site inspections to your
colour selections and through to your final building approval, it is all here.

As this is the purchase of a house & land package you need to be aware that it is a split contract. This
means that you will enter into two separate contracts, one for the construction of the home and the
other for the purchase of the land.

In the next pages we will tell you of the steps required for the building contract. The land contract will
be sent to your nominated solicitor so that you can arrange an exchange, exchange on land cannot
be done until after signing the building contract.

Please note that exchange on your block of land needs to occur within 10 business days of signing
the building contract.
