coastal economies of Indonesia and the Philippines. Our sector focus includes seafood,

The Meloy Fund is a commercial investment fund, which provides long term (3-7 years) debt
and/or equity funding of US$500K – US$4M.

Our Ideal We invest in businesses that meet the following criteria:

Partners LOCATION: Must have existing or planned operations in Indonesia or the Philippines and
active in industries operating in the marine and coastal economies.

MINIMUM ANNUAL REVENUE: The equivalent of US$1 million in revenues.

PROFITABILITY: We prefer companies that have demonstrated profitability, but can consider
earlier stage ventures.

DOCUMENTATION: Audited or management financial statements from the past three years.

MANAGEMENT: Strong management team with a good track record, who see the value in
having a positive environmental impact on the coastal communities and fisheries in which they
operate and are enthusiastic to develop a close working relationship with us.
