Fowl of Flavor is our international company that focuses on plant based protein. The
mission of F.O.F is to create a seemingly impossible “chicken” made completely out of
plant based proteins. This includes an abundance of resources, such as chickpeas, lentils,
tofu and many others.

● To better our customers, we have created an app that allows consumers to track
their daily plant-protein intake. The app follows simple steps that lets users input
the amount of protein ingested as well as notes along with it(salad at lunch,
avocado, etc.) It also allows users to create protein intake goals and track on an
automatically made graph how far they are from reaching their goal.
● A major issue faced in America today is the obsession with proteins coming from
animals. Americans spend billions on the process and production of meat.
Unfortunately, it is not as easy as it sounds. There are many cons that follow the
production and intake of meat protein. They are listed below.
○ Disastrous effects on the environment. Feeding the animals uses many
resources and creates a negative consequence, such as water and land
degradation. Using manure in soil leads to chemicals being released into
the environment that worsen climate change.
○ Cruel treatment on animals, such as close quarters, as well as improper
food and hygiene. Also improper killing measures.
○ All of these issues end up in the stomach of Americans. The meat they are
eating are full of non processed parts as well as saturated fats.
○ These lead to the consequences of heart failure, cancer, and sometimes
death.
● Thankfully, there are many positives to eating plant based proteins.
○ Plant based proteins lessen the likelihood of developing illnesses such as
heart failure, cancer, and artery issues.
○ Plant protein has many nutrients that better the body. These include
vitamins, unsaturated fats, fiber and antioxidants.
○ Keeps you fuller longer which supports weight loss.
○ Feeling and looking younger as well as increasing lifespan.
○ Helps fight illness and increases athletic ability.
● Our App is the best way to track your new plant based diet! P.B.R.T. or plant
based protein tracker is the first tracker that solely focuses on plant protein. We
have pre selected plant proteins that allow the user to easily select and add to their
tracker. Below is a step by step to using the app.
1. Open the app store and search P.B.R.T. Select and download.
2. Create an account.
3. Add your weight, age, BMI, weight goals, and protein intake goals.
4. Create an optional schedule that reminds you when to eat and how
much protein is needed at that time.
5. Select from the extensive list the main plant protein you eat and
add them to your personal list. You can refer to this when inputting
your daily protein grams!
6. Select the kind of graph or chart you would like your protein intake
to be represented on.
7. Start eating and start living the Fowl of Flavor!
