DIRECTIONS
● Complete EACH fitness challenge 3x.
○ Attempt 1, Attempt 2 & Attempt 3
■ Example: You must do 30 seconds of squats 3x.
● I suggest a 60 second rest between each attempt.

● Write your scores in the table (30 points)
