Teachers play important role in our life to become

hands of teachers.

Every aspiring K-12 educator can enroll in a 4-year
bachelor's degree program in education to become a teacher.
Individuals who are interested in teaching in middle or
secondary school typically also major in the subject that they

What is the hidden curriculum and why is it important?
In short, the hidden curriculum is an important
curriculum in the school because it has strong and effective
influence in the students in many ways. However, it can be
issue of the school's staff, especially teachers who do not
use this type of curriculum effectively and positively.

 Why do we need a curriculum?
We need to understand curricula as forms of specialized knowledge so that we
can develop better curricula and improve learning opportunities. It is such goals that
give purpose to curriculum theory just as it is better treatment and better medicines
that give purpose to medical science.

There are three types of curriculum: (1) explicit (stated
curriculum), (2) hidden (unofficial curriculum), and (3) absent
or null (excluded curriculum).

B. Motivation With the use of frameworks, describe the three


important components of a curriculum: (1) the intended
outcomes, (2) what is taught, and (3) the manner of
implementation.
C. Activating Prior What are the three approaches of curriculum?
Knowledge Curriculum is used as content or body of
knowledge, process, and product. In different subjects for
example, these three approaches have three ways to define
curriculum. The subject matters are the bases on what
curriculum should be used.

Principles of Curriculum and Instruction for his students to
give them an idea about principles for to making curriculum
Model is consisting of four steps.

What is Taba curriculum model?


Hilda Taba created a multi-purpose teaching model that
utilizes the use of multiple processes: listing, grouping,
labeling, regrouping, and synthesizing. Taba is an inductive
(teacher) approach. Taba is a belief that teachers are aware
of the students’ needs hence they should be the one to
develop the curriculum.
