I. EXECUTIVE REPORT
Aquaserve is a water refilling station that will offer sweet-tasting water for everyday
consumers. Water refilling station is a massive part of the daily lives of everyone. It is
essential since everyone needs water to survive. Not everyone has access to quality water.
With aquaserve close to them, the best caliber of water is now at their hands. The
products are not limited to a gallon of water; it comes in different shapes and sizes. One
is bottled water. With that is the gallon "bilog," which is primarily used in water
dispensers. The traditional blue water gallon is also offered. Refiling is also possible at a
low cost. Customers can personally bring their dried-up gallons or our delivery personnel,
who rounds the town all day to collect and deliver water. Aquaserve is a strong
competitor in this kind of market. It will bring good income with good marketing.
The initial capitalization for this business is Php 200,000. It covers the entire cost for
the machines and new bottles and gallons.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Owner/Manager- He or she is responsible for the overall operation
and is responsible for the finances. They are in line for critical
decision-making that can affect the business in somewhat ways.
2. Refiller- He or she is responsible for cleaning and refilling the
turned-over water gallons and ready them for delivery.
3. Delivery men- They are responsible for delivering the product to
the respective homes of the customers. They are also tasked to
collect the empty water gallons and return them to the water
station.

Process for new gallons:
1. Put a sticker of the logo in the gallons and bottles
2. Clean the gallons
3. Fill it with clean filtered water.
4. Put seal on nozzele and lid.
5. Prepare for delivery
6. Deliver to house destination
Process for returned gallons:
1. Clean the gallon.
2. Refill the gallon with clean water.
3. Seal the nozzle and lid.

E. Distribution Of Logistics
The delivery men will deliver the products via a tamia utility vehicle.
Marketing Strategy
A drive to boost the store will be done. It aims to introduce the product to the customers
gaining exposure, thus bringing more customers.
a. Social Media- Many are now hooked up in social media; people easily share, like, and
post information. We could use this advantage to bring more people to know the services
we offer.
b. Resellers- Sari-sari stores will play a massive role in this campaign. They will be one of
the leading distributors of the product to the target market.
Sales Strategy
To fully take advantage of the internet, a Facebook page will be created where customers
can easily chat about their orders. Updates to promote the store will be posted and boost it to
reach more people.
