People:

To effectively run this business, we will need a delivery man and a driver. Being on Initial stage we will
hire one person (a delivery man) who will be responsible for purifying and bottling water, labelling, and
can assist in packaging and loading of water bottles in delivery vehicle. Another one person will be hire
as a driver who will drive the delivery van to household customers and shopkeepers. Both people will be
our employee on initial stage who will manage the deliveries, bottling, labeling, and loading work.
Moreover, we will assist them on bottling plant part-time and manage the work there so that we can
minimize the cost of employee and the workload of delivery man.

Process:

The following is the process for our business:

1. Delivery service of water bottle:

 Within 24 hour of order received form end customer.
 48 hours for the order received from retailer’s
2. Staff clothing/uniforms:
 Printed T-Shirt will be provided for both, the delivery man and driver
3. Hygiene:
 Being a drinking water supplier, we will ensure that the sufficient level of hygiene will be
maintained at our plant.
 Clean environment will be maintained there.
 Usage of solar lamps for sustainable energy.
4. Serving Customers:
 Being a business in water supply, we will be courteous towards customers and will do
everything to accommodate customer and retailers’ requests.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
 Distribute brochures door-to-door in the specific areas.
 Convince the retailer to promote our water on first place
 Give promotion to retailers in terms of commission and a free water bottle after every
sale of 10 bottles
 Give 25% discount to customers on purchasing monthly subscriptions
 Give free delivery to the monthly to those customers who have our monthly
subscriptions
 Place a water dispenser outside the mosque which is prominent in that area to promote
our water bottles
6. Payments:
 We will offer a bank transfer/Digital Wallet and cash on delivery option to our
customers
 30 days credit offer to retailer on purchasing 15 bottles per week

Physical Evidence:

We will take a shop on rent which will have enough space for placing water filtration plant and bottling.
As there is no need to store water filled bottles initially, we will be operating based on orders received
and to fulfill the order we have enough storage of water in tanks that comes with filtration plant where
we will refill the bottles immediately up to maximum 50 bottles in one full tank of filtered water.

The second thing is our water bottle which will be printed with our logo and all other details including
shop address and contact details.

Although, there will be less customer contact physically or very low percentage of customers who will
visit our shop to refill the water bottles.
