Molten Lava Cake
 Chocolate 350 gm
 Egg 4
 Egg Yolk 1
 Powder Sugar 50 gm
 Flour 60 gm
 Butter / Oil 80 gm

Temp. 230˚c
Time 7 – 8 min.
Method Of Molten Lava Cake

Firstly measure all the ingredients according to the


Recipe.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

Add oil in the chocolate.

After sometime remove from the boiler.

Add eggs in it.

Than add icing sugar and flour in the mixture and mix it make a batter.

After that take a molt coat it with butter and dust it with coco powder
and flour.

Add the mixture in the molt and bake it at 240˚c for 7to8 min
Served it with ice cream.
Sponge Cake

 Egg 6
 Flour 125 gm
 Sugar 125 gm
 Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp
 Baking 2 Tsp
 Oil 1 Tsp

Temp. 180˚c
Time 20 min.
Method Of Sponge Cake

Firstly measure all the ingredients according to the recipe.

Separate the egg white and egg yolk.

Put the egg white in the mixture machine.

And mix it until into foam shape .

Add icing sugar in it and mix it again.

Add vanilla essence and egg yolk in it and mix it again.

After that add flour in it and fold it with specula until all batter mix.
Together

Add oil in it mix it.

Put it in the mold and bake it at 180˚c for 20 min.


Simple Cookies

 Butter 325 gm
 Icing Sugar 375 gm
 Flour 500 gm
 Egg 1
 Nuts 4 - 6 Tsp
 Milk Powder 6 – 8 Tsp
 Vanilla \Butter Essence 1 Tsp

Temp. 180˚c – 200˚c


Time 10 – 14 min.
Method Of Simple Cookies

Firstly measure all the ingredients.

Take a butter put in the mixture machine and melt it


.
Add egg in it and mix it.

Add icing sugar in it and mix it.

Add flour nuts and milk powder in it and mix all of them make a
dough than cut them into different shapes.

After that set it in baking tray.



Bake it at 180˚c for 14to15 min.
Puff Pastry

 Oil 50 gm
 Sugar 50 gm
 Salt 7 gm
 Uni-Puff 400 gm
 Water 250 - 280 ml
 Lemon juice 5 gm

Temp. 180˚c to 200˚c


Time 15 min.

 Brown sugar 85 gm
 Caster sugar 55 gm
