Dear Parents,

Good day! We hope that this communication finds you well.

In compliance with the health protocols put in place by the IATF, the NSDGA – GH Administration has decided
that for this Second Quarter Distribution of SF9, we will again be sending them through the students’ GSFE
emails. Please note that these electronic copies of the SF9 cannot be used for transfer credentials.

For any concerns regarding their grades, please get in touch with the Class Advisers and the Administration
Office to be scheduled accordingly. Please note that due to the restrictions imposed by the IATF, we are
limiting the number of people who will be attending the conferences. Likewise, please note that we will be
scheduling these conferences every Wednesday starting April 07, 2021. Please coordinate with the Class
Adviser and the Administration Office for your preferred schedule.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Administration Office will be closed starting March 29,
2021 in observance of the Holy Week. Our offices will resume this April 05, 2021.

Lastly, we would like to remind the students with incomplete documents to please submit them accordingly.
Please note that due to the incomplete documents, they are still on temporary enrolled status in our school.
