From the discussion about Law on agency, when authorizing a person or an agent on behalf of the

principal he must be capacitated, and must be able to bind himself to his obligation. I have learned that
the principal may be a natural or juridical person that he must be also capacitated. I have learned that
the contract of agency of its essential elements must have a consent either it is expressed or implied,
the object of the contract, the agent as representative, and also the agent must act within the scope of
the contract. And also I have learned what acts that cannot be done as an agent.
