AN OVERVIEW TO THE SUBJECT

Dear Learners,

I am Girlie C. Jimenez and I will be your teacher in this subject Introduction to the Philosophy of the Human
Person this trimester. I have been teaching this subject for some time now and it has become one of my favorites. In this
subject, we will do a lot of interactions as we try to think, rethink and analyze our own lives. This is not the usual type of
subject where you learn concepts and apply them to your crafts as entailed by the stand you have chosen. This subject is
more on reflecting on our own lives and the lives of those who went ahead of us in the desire of making more sound
judgements and becoming more prepared to the consequences of our choices in life. With this, it is my prayer that you
become more open to different perspectives then make your own judgement after. See you all philosophers!

Modules will be uploaded and published in canvas and a synchronous class per week will also be scheduled. The rest of
the week will be asynchronous where you are expected to read the modules, watch video lectures also published in canvas
