AVK fabricated couplings are designed to join plain ended pipes of like diameters. They can be supplied to any
pipeline diameter within their size range and are available for any ferrous and most rigid wall pipelines.

Product Description:
Fabricated coupling for water, wastewater and neutral liquids to max. 70° C

Features:
• Manufactured from mild steel
• EPDM vulcanized seals
• Can be fabricated in any size, within the standard design range DN350 to DN1600mm+.
• Suitable for all ferrous pipes, GRP* and PVC
• Corrosion resistant construction
• Sealing range nominal diameter +2 mm to -5 mm
• Epoxy coated according to DIN 30677-2 and AVK guidelines
• Test: 1.5 X PN

Options:
• PN 25
• Sizes DN1200+ manufactured to order dependant upon application
• Bolts and nuts of Zinc plated & passivated or stainless steel

* Suitable only for cc-GRP (centrifugally cast-glass reinforced polyester) and turned end pipes.
