ASE 61850 SCL Manager V4.9.0 with Ed.2.1 Support

Enhancements/Changes
• Signal mapping between IEDs with predefined inputs.
• Optimized SCD file with reused data types across IEDs.
• SCD and IED Configuration mode for different types of Users.

Bug Fixes
Following are the bugs fixed in this release.
• Evaluation license installation not working.
• Two instances of LPHD in ICD file while creating a new IED with one LPHD.
• Issues in adding Logical Node PTOC while creating a new IED.
• NamPlt.valRev value is not incremented after changing CF and DF values with valimport true.

Known Limitations
• IED DB (database) needs to be updated by User with required IED configurations.
• Error Messages for Service Restrictions may not work as expected for Client IEDs due to the absence of
Logical Devices.
• More than 1 LLN0/LPHD may be added by User for Client IEDs. The hard limit has not been fixed.
• Large values for instantiating Data Objects or Logical Nodes may cause the tool to become busy till the
operation is completed.
• Setting Group Edit will require closing and reopening of window to get updated in the view.
• Automatic change of FC to SP/SG/SE not supported because of Service Setting changes.
• Drawing may flicker rarely, but the right click functionality to add LNs will still work. Restarting the tool and
reopening the project might solve this problem.
• Merging Symbol not shown for Dataset and Sampled Value when Merging SCDs.
• Merging IEDs now shows warning that User should adjust service settings of IED before merging, to prevent
invalid configuration.
• Multiple IEDs with the name TEMPLATE can be imported to the project via the IEDDB but this is not
recommended as it leads to invalid configuration and can also cause unexpected behavior.
