Overall Impression

Hotel: Waerakei

Well maintained building, boutique, old fashioned, large area with several facilities.

Staff: polite and welcoming as soon as you get in the reception they say hi and smile at you.

Mitai: My first impression of Mitai Maori Village was that the staff were very welcoming, friendly and
funny, they showed genuine interested in you, they asked for different nationalities in the room.

They also had 3 buffets in the room which was a good

Big open space and bright however the downside of this place was that we had to wait for some
time for the other costumers to come.

They provided us with a lot of information and facts about new zelanad and how mitai maori village
was born and also how it has stayed alive for so many years
