A party of four are ordering dinner at a fancy restaurant in Varna. They ask the waiter to
recommend starters, main dishes and drinks to go with them. Three of them would prefer
healthier meals, but one of the ladies wouldn‟t mind having a fancy dessert.

You are a manger of a renowned and luxurious hotel. An Israeli guest has filed a letter of
complaint because of the inadequate restaurant service he received during his stay. His remarks
are related mainly to the choice of dishes he was served despite his specific requests for kosher
food. He mentions a number of other imperfections. Write a letter of apology.
