1. Gross weight of laminator is about 4000 KGS, pls unload this machine with forklift or crane correctly.

2. When you unload the machine with forklift ( more than 3 tons),

pls notice; the centre-of-gravity position noted with marks”+” on the wooden case.

3. Pls prepare 46# hydraulic oil about 80 KGS and match oil extractor to add oil inside the machine.

4. Site Preparation:

The factory height should be more than 3 meters

and factory entrance width should be more than 2.5 meters for machines to go inside easily.

5. Power Preparation: 380V/50KW

5-core power line with CSA 10mm2 is needed, the length depends on the actual situation.

One air switch with 60-100A is needed.

6. Chiller Preparation：

Chiller with 3KW power is needed to match the laminator.
