A Riddling Tale

The fairytale I chose is "A Riddling Tale" by Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm,
published in the Household Tales collection.

-> The story

In this one, 3 women were changed into flowers.
One of them was permitted to return home at
night. But when the sun appears, she must
return to the field to become a flower like the
others women. Before leaving, she said to her
husband:
"If you pick me up this afternoon and gather me,
I shall be set free and I will stay with you
Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm
forever."
Her husband accepted and in the afternoon, he came and recognized her at
first try and picked her up. The enchantment was broken and the woman
was able to return to her husband for the rest of her life...

-> Resolution/ending
- But how did he recognize her ?
This is the magic side of this fairytale !
The woman having spent the night with her husband under a roof: she did
not receive the morning dew that her companions received in the field.
It was not difficult for the husband to find the only flower in the field that
was not covered with dew

- Why I've choose this fairytale ?

I love Grimm's tales but I wanted to find a Grimm's tales which is not well
known and in which there is an enigma !
In addition to that, I wanted a small tale because I love when the story is
quite small but very meaningful !
