The Moon

Summary :
The fairy tale I chose is The moon it’s about a town that when it’s night time is completely
dark. The main characters are 3 young people that are traveling out of their contry.

Firstly when they arrive in the other county they see a big lamp called the moon, they ask
the locals what it is. They say that is it for them to see at night. The 3 young mens think they need
something similar.After that they decide to stole half of the lamp to take home with them. When
they came back to their contry they placed the half moon on a big tree and everyone was able to see
at night.
When the first one died he wanted to have a part of the moon in his grave sot hey cut a part
and buried it with him, same for the second and the third but the parts of the moon reunited in the
undergound and it has woken up the dead. Then lastly Saint Peter who didn’t know what was going
on came down, took the moon and told the dead to go back to sleep. He took the moon with him
and hung it up in the sky so everyone could see at night.

Why i chose this story :

I chose this story because i really like the topic and the fact that the autor tried to explain
how something that didn’t understand.
