Differentiate Practice Principle from Continuous Improvement Principle – Mhallawi

Practice principle
In the practice principle, it is about the managers in PE, recreation, and sports programs
and that they must practice their marketing skills to be able to boost the public’s interest,
curiosity and attention of the sports event. They are also expected to be passionate in
spreading their efforts in serving the public and making sure that they will have a great
time. The managers must become active and think for innovative ways to market their
product/program.

Continuous improvement principle

The PE and sports managers should set out to learn what their customers want and need,
and how to eliminate what they don’t. They must work to continuously improve so that
their whole sports program, from end to end, would create a wonderful experience and
memorable time for all.
A way to improve continuously is by reading the reviews and conducting surveys to know
where they failed/lacked in meeting their customers’ satisfaction. And also we would be
able to see the customers’ opinions on certain parts of the program, services, facilities,
processes or operations that would be actually beneficial for developing new inventive
ideas and strategies for improving those specific parts that need enhancement. This
would be very good for marketing especially since you take into consideration the
customers’ opinion and experience during the sports program.
