PEDAGOGY (STRATEGY/ACTIVITY)
Pre-lesson Get pupils to sit in rows. A few word cards with house chores are prepared and passed around
with the music on. When the music stops, the pupil with the word card must mime the job.

Lesson delivery: 1. Pupils refer to the grammar box in textbook page 20. Pupils do a recap on the sentence
patterns.
2. A spelling quiz is conducted.
3. Pupils exchange the books with their partners and check their friend’s book based on answers
discussed with the teacher.

Post-lesson Pupils are given a task sheet on their opinion about chores. Pupils complete the task by writing
sharing their own opinion
