Training Objectives:
Provide motivation to the trainee to improve job performance, develop a willingness to change,
trainee's active participation in the learning process, provide a knowledge of results about
attempts to improve and permit practice where appropriate.
Duration of Each Activity in Each Session:
Training start at 9:00 by Welcome speech of GM.
9:30 to 10:15 Tea break
11:00 start again until 01:00 Pm
01:00 to 02:15 Lunch & Prayer break.
Following topic will be cover until 05:30
Manager’s Special Training.

Training session included Avari Hotel history, culture, working areas.
By this, we can conclude that organization can improve efficiency and effectiveness by using
different modern learning styles.
We believe in continuous improvement for better future of organization.
