Definition Vasectomy

Vasectomy is a small operation and is a milder surgery than male circumcision.

Former surgery is inly a single wound on the left side of the scrotum (testicle sac) or
scrotum. Vasectomy is useful for blocking spermatozoa transport (sperm cells) in male
sperm cells (male sperm)
The sperm produced by the testes, a pair of oval-shaped structures protected by the
penis. Then, the sperm sawim along the epididymis down to a long tube called vas
deferens. Sperm that reaches the cement bag and ejaculation channel, will mix with the
liquid sperm and become sperm. During sexual intercourse, sperm carries sperm into the
female reproductive system until it reaches and fertilizes the egg.
Cutting vas deferens is the most effective method of contraception because sperm will
not come out with sperm. This procedure will not affect sperm production in the testes,
sperm will not be mixed with sperm, but absorbed by the body. Some doctors will
suggest to freeze sperm if the patient still wants to reproduce after undergoing a
vasectomy.

2. Description Vasectomy

A clinical procedure to stop the man’s capacity by performing vas deferensia grafting
so that the sperm transport flow is inhibited and the fertilization process (unification with
the ovum) does not occur.

3. Function Vasectomy

1. Controlling child birth

So there is no reason to be afraid or reluctant to do vasectomy as early as possible if a
man in the value already has enough children
2. Treatment of surgery is not difficult
To perform a vasectomy operation, it is not costly, because it is only a minor surgery
type so that the cost of postoperative treatment is not complicated
3. Opportunity to have children 0 percent
Very effective for a man who does not want to have children anymore, by performing
vasectomy surgery is the same as suppressing the chance of having a child up to a
percentage of 0 percent. It is to find a man whose sperm channel has been tied to have
more children.
4. Does not affect contraception
Men still have the opportunity to do contraception to her partner after the vasectomy
surgey

5. Does not affect the quality of sexual relationships

The most important thing is that vasectomy surgery will not affect the quality of
sexual intercourse to her partner, it may even improve the quality if intercourse
because a man does not have to wear a “longer” condom when with his wife

4. Strength Vasectomy

1. Vasectomy is small, safe, highly effective and permanent operation

2. Well done to men who do not want to have children
3. Vasectomy is an inexpensive operation for tubular sterilization
4. Men have the opportunity to use contraception with their wives
5. It does not affect a man’s ability to enjoy a sexual relationship

5. Weakness Vasectomy
1. Some men fear vasectomy will affect their ability to have sex or cause erection
problems
2. There is little pain and discomfort a few days after surgery, this pain can usually be
lost with the drug
3. Often is should be done with an ice pack for 4 hours to reduce swelling, bleeding and
discomfort and should wear pantsthat can support the scrotum for 2 days
4. The operation is not effective immediately. Patients are required to wear condoms
first to clean the tube from the remaining sperm. To find out whether it is sterile or
not, microscopic examination is usually done 20-30 times after ejaculation
5. Vasectomy does not provide protection again generative infections including HIV
6. Regret after vasectomy is greater if the man is still under 25 years of age, there has
been a divorce or a deceased child
7. It takes 1-3 years to really determine if a vasectomy can work 100 percent effectively
or not

6. Procedure Vasectomy
1. Traditional vasectomy
Vas deferens will be drawn thourgh the holes obtained. The tube will be cut channel.
It can also be removed a small piece of tube. The ends of the channel will be clodes
using surures, brackets or electrical pulses. The vas deferens will the be placed back
into the scrrotum. The incision will be covered in layers
2. Without a vasectomy knife
Use a special brace, to hold them in place. It will use a special tool, punching a small
hole in the skin. The hole will stretch. Tubes are cut and closed, as described above.
The holes will heal without sutures
3. Clips from vas deferens
Around one of the vas deferens will be placed and tightened to a special clip, which
blocks the flow of sperm
