Who are we?
With increasing demand for high quality compressed air, we established Vietnam FIL with a large
team of people with passion and deep understanding of pneumatic engineering.
Not only plays an important role in manufacturing plants, compressed air is also an indispensable
component in the system of breathing machines in hospitals, fire or dangerous environments.
The treatment of compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1: 2010 is very important. It ensures
products and production lines are of high quality and lasting.
As a distributor of Donaldson, Omega-Air and CS-Instruments, we are fortunate to receive the latest
technical and technological support in every project that requires rigorous air quality.
Using pneumatic measuring and measuring devices (from CS-Instruments), we ensure the
applications are supplied with corresponding pneumatic standards and protect the system from
non-standard compressed air.

Survey and Evaluation of compressed air system
Air measurement: an accurate account of your plant’s compressed air demand over a seven-day cycle,
identifying energy costs and potential savings. Again, flow rates can be tested without interrupting service.

Air leak detection and control: history has shown that leaks typically account for 20 percent of the
system demand. Consider that figure when examining utility costs across a month, a year or the life of the
compressor.

Air quality audit: measures the quality of the air, including an assessment of any water or oil in the
compressed air, and draws comparisons to your specific needs at any point in the system. Dirty air not only
means frequent and costly filter cartridge changes, but it also threatens production quality and can lead to
work interruptions or stoppages.

Maintenance review: assesses current service schedules and programs for effectiveness in the equipment,

Clamp-on ammeter MiniFLEX

is an AC RMS current sensor composed of a flexible active part


(Rogowski coil model MiniFLEX MA101) connected to a
compact digital converter, capable of measuring the current
carried on a power conductor up to a value of 400 Aac. The
digital converter supplies an output of 4-20 mAdc in linear
proportion to the measured current.

ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM
To meet the increasing demand of machines with low energy consumption and reduced
environmental impact, Sideros Engineering has introduced ECOTECH Eco-Mode System.
ECOTECH is a PLC and a Touch Screen Based system, which continuously adjusts and
controls the number of rpm of the fan motor according to the clogging of the filters as well
as monitoring the general operation state of the dust collector, even remotely.
