 Who are we?
With increasing demand for high quality compressed air, we established Vietnam FIL with a large
team of people with passion and deep understanding of pneumatic engineering.
Not only plays an important role in manufacturing plants, compressed air is also an indispensable
component in the system of breathing machines in hospitals, fire or dangerous environments.
The treatment of compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1: 2010 is very important. It ensures
products and production lines are of high quality and lasting.
As a distributor of Donaldson, Omega-Air and CS-Instruments, we are fortunate to receive the latest
technical and technological support in every project that requires rigorous air quality.
Using pneumatic measuring and measuring devices (from CS-Instruments), we ensure the
applications are supplied with corresponding pneumatic standards and protect the system from
non-standard compressed air.

1. DEMAND
• Determining system’s demand is one of the
most essential and challenging elements of
creating compressed air piping design
• Air demand tends to change and fluctuate well
beyond the predetermined average.
8. CONDENSATE CONTROL
• The compressor system can become less
efficient and may require maintenance if
condensation and contaminants are not
removed.
• Devices that provide condensate control
include the coalescing filter, drain valve, and
air dryer
7. MAINTENANCE
• Maintenance is arguably the most important
component of your compressed air piping
design. Compressed air system leaks can be
costly.
• For instance, a one-eighth inch diameter hole
in a 100-psi system can cost you more than

2. AIR QUALITY
• The quality of the compressed air is dependent upon
the application.
• There are six levels of application, and with each level,
the cost to produce the air increases. In order to be
cost-effective, the system must meet

6. INSTALLATION
• For the system to function efficiently, the layout of the
room must be considered and the appropriate
compressed air piping materials must be used.
• All compressors should be stored in a separate clean
and cool room. The piping needs to be durable
enough to withstand existing work conditions and
provide as little pressure loss as possible

3. SUPPLY
• The air supply must meet the air demand. We
can achieve this by providing sufficient storage
and accurate distribution.
• Properly sized air compressors will allow to
match supply with demand
4. STORAGE
• The storage system includes any and all
devices containing compressed air.
• The air receiver tank makes up the majority of
the overall storage capacity, and if it is
accurately sized, there is no worry about
excessive cycling
5. DISTRIBUTION
• The distribution system links demand, storage,
and supply; it allows air to flow with minimal
drop in pressure.
• If it is working properly, the distribution
system will supply an adequate amount of
compressed air and the appropriate pressure to
the proper locations

Survey and Evaluation of compressed air system
Air measurement: an accurate account of your plant’s compressed air demand over a seven-day cycle,
identifying energy costs and potential savings. Again, flow rates can be tested without interrupting service.

Air leak detection and control: history has shown that leaks typically account for 20 percent of the
system demand. Consider that figure when examining utility costs across a month, a year or the life of the
compressor.

Air quality audit: measures the quality of the air, including an assessment of any water or oil in the
compressed air, and draws comparisons to your specific needs at any point in the system. Dirty air not only
means frequent and costly filter cartridge changes, but it also threatens production quality and can lead to
work interruptions or stoppages.

Maintenance review: assesses current service schedules and programs for effectiveness in the equipment,
including compressors, filters, dryers and ancillaries.

Monitoring and control program: sets out recommendations for long-term monitoring and control to
maintain optimum efficiency.

ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM
To meet the increasing demand of machines with low energy consumption and reduced
environmental impact, Sideros Engineering has introduced ECOTECH Eco-Mode System.
ECOTECH is a PLC and a Touch Screen Based system, which continuously adjusts and
controls the number of rpm of the fan motor according to the clogging of the filters as well
as monitoring the general operation state of the dust collector, even remotely.
