In the Human Resource Management Review, three topics were being discussed in

volume 2. These include talent management, international mobility and the diversity. The
Social, cultural and institutional components are basic components of the international
human resource management. The researches are being translated in other dialects than
that of English so that it can be understandable to all of its readers. The international
human resource management comprises of the most general cases of the limited
convergence. There are so many under examined studies that are being discussed in the
international human resource management. It has discussed so many human hypothesis
and studies. The study is based on the principle that the social, cultural and institutional

In the international human resource in the era of political nationalism, the opportunities
and challenges in the international human resource management has been discussed. The
study starts from the movement of national oriented relocation policies by some
industrialized countries. When this trend was established, it spread so many negative
ideas to the immigrants. They started thinking that they are not welcomed by the
employees. In the meantime, global professions were getting doubtful, dangerous, and so
risky that people started thinking that the careers are unpredictable. This started effecting
the economy of a nation. Furthermore, it started influencing the set of skills that are
available for any nation. The study comprises of the interviews taken from Mary Yoko
Barren and David Collins. They gave us a brief knowledge about the changes of trends
specifically about this field. They both gave a new perspective of how the field is
evolving. They discussed about how important is to know the need to neutralize the

In International human resource management in the Arab Gulf States – an institutional


perspective, the role of international human resource is being discussed along with its
importance. The study also comprises of the strategies and their perspectives in the rising
economy of United Arab Emirates. According to the current writing the multi-national
enterprises, it is revealed that the enterprises are under the impact and strain to embrace
Human Resource rituals that are seen for the specific circumstance and situations. In any
case, these particular foundations in the United Arab Emirates, for example, Dubai, and
its effects on the enterprises have been recorded and seen with keen knowledge for
further working. Consequently, with a specific knowledge provided by the records, the
study investigates the impacts of home-nation institutional factors on the international
human resource management. Moreover, the paper means to provide the readers a keen
knowledge about the challenges and the role of international human resources and how
does it influence the people as well as decisions of the enterprises. The study comprises
of a variety of hypothesis and studies related to the Arab Gulf states and the areas

According to the perspectives and the thinking of the western managers in the enterprises
located in Arab Gulf states, particularly in United Arab Emirates, expatriate management
is discussed. The study comprises of interviews of almost 22 managers who have briefly
talked about their perspectives about the international human resources. They have
discussed the facts about the MNC and talked about the influence of it. The study also
consists of how does it appoint the managers for expatriate management. The study does
not contain any theory and is entirely based upon the qualitative studies. The research
focuses on the way that specialized abilities are for the most part viewed as the
overwhelming choice criteria for the management for expatriate in the MNCs.
