that have struck you most?
Answer:
Authority is a cycle by which a chief can direct, guide and impact
the conduct and work of others towards achievement of explicit
objectives in a given circumstance. Authority is the capacity of an
administrator to initiate the subordinates to work with certainty and
enthusiasm.
Authority is the possibility to impact conduct of others. It is
additionally characterized as the ability to impact a gathering towards
the acknowledgment of an objective. Pioneers are needed to create
future dreams, and to rouse the hierarchical individuals to need to
accomplish the dreams.
The most leadership styles that was struck in my(our) head was
the “Adaptive Leadership”. I believed that a leader who’s ready to
adapt the new environment and everything about the system was a
great leader.
Seasoned leaders were far different from the leaders in the
modern world. As a leader, we should know how to adapt things easily
and accept the fact that the only thing that doesn’t change, was the
CHANGE
Adaptive Leaders allowed his/her people to encounter problems
and learned from it. Followers should learn to embrace the existing
problems and the Adaptive Leaders will always be there to support and
guide their followers.
Leadership is a process by which an executive can direct, guide and
influence the behavior and work of others towards accomplishment of
specific goals in a given situation. Leadership is the ability of a manager
to induce the subordinates to work with confidence and zeal.

Leadership is the potential to influence behaviour of others. It is also


defined as the capacity to influence a group towards the realization of a
goal. Leaders are required to develop future visions, and to motivate
the organizational members to want to achieve the visions.
