planning and implementation of this event.  We have a great program planned for
you and are excited to welcome you all today.
 Today we will be traveling through the World of Work to help you learn more
about career opportunities, meet with some great employer partners and build
your career network.  Our HTM students will serve as your “tour guides” as you
meet with different employers throughout the event.
 At this time I would like to introduce our employer partners.  You probably have
noticed they all have different backgrounds.  We have asked each employer to
change their Zoom background to reflect their favorite travel destination, as I

Few Questions & Items to Consider

1. Professor Zemmol mentioned you are planning to log on to Zoom at 10:30am to

practice and finalize details.  The Zoom link has been created in the Career
Center account which means I will have to start the meeting.  Please let me know
if 10:30 is when you would like the Zoom to be open.  I will start the meeting and
then assign someone as Host.
2. For the Employer Conference Rooms, are you allowing students to choose what
employer they want to go to?  From my conversation with Professor Zemmol, it
sounds like this is your plan, which I think works just fine.  I just want to be sure I
understand this piece so I share this detail with employers
3. I will plan to send a final confirmation email to all registered participants the
morning of the event.  This email will include event time, Zoom link & list of
questions to ask employers.
