In line with Teacher’s Day celebration, __________________________ plans to hold a program on

October 4, 2018, 11:30 to 1:00 in the afternoon at Room 305 to give tribute and appreciation to our
beloved teachers for their contributions in shaping the mind as well as the character of the students.

In this regard, I have here the details about the said program. I would also like to ask for permission to
use room 305 for the said program.
