Dear Parents or Guardians,

I would like to take the time to introduce myself to you. My name is Megan

Gregoire and I will be Miss Schappell’s student teacher for the next fifteen weeks. I am a

senior at Kutztown University, working toward a degree in Elementary Education.

During my time at Earl Elementary, I will be teaching many lessons and creating

a unit that will correspond to your child’s curriculum. I am looking forward to getting to

know your child and helping them to learn and grow.

I am beyond excited and thankful to have the opportunity to be student teaching at

Earl Elementary, as we are experiencing learning in an unprecedented time. I can’t wait

to work with Miss Schappell and her second grade class. I know I will learn a lot and

gain great experience that will help me in my future as an educator. Please feel free to
